Web Prophets integrated an Open Source Content Management System with the AGC web site. This means if AGC ever needs to develop their site further, or move website hosts they can do so with the comfort that they will not lose the functionality of their website. The Content Management System features:

Google MINI
The Google Mini is an integrated hardware and software solution designed to help make the most out of online content. Specifically designed for organisations that have developed large libraries of information, Google MINI delivers the power and productivity of Google search across all online collateral specific to that entity. The new smaller, faster Mini includes support for multiple document collections, search across file servers and improved reporting.

Web Prophets installed and configured Google MINI to work with the Australian Gaming Council's extensive elibrary providing an invaluable resource for all users of the website.

Enews Manager
Web Prophets software for sending out email communications. Enews Manager allows users to create and manage their own campaigns including a comprehensive statistics package which tells you:

• Whom you have emailed
  
• How many emails were delivered and viewed
