Web Prophets is thrilled to announce that its official 2011 sponsored organisation - St Kilda Gatehouse is already bearing fruits from its partnership arrangement. Designing the concept of a High Tea as an annual fundraiser, Web Prophets will be supporting St Kilda Gatehouse with a website and event management assistance.
Many experts agree that one of the very best ways to promote a business is with email. Publishing an email allows you to develop a more "personal" relationship with your potential client or customer base, and can be a great help in building a brand identity for your business.

Strategy One : Web Prophets Enews
Campaign Management
Develop an enewsletter campaign to send out to your
current contacts list:
- The campaign should be sent out at regular intervals such as quarterly or monthly.
- The email communication piece should present a special or have a specific focus for your target audience.
- You can set a campaign to click through to an on-line enquiry form to encourage viewers to make an enquiry / booking. This also helps us track the results, as a ‘dedicated’ page can be set up for a campaign so we can determine exact numbers who have visited this page, and as such we can measure the effectiveness of the campaign and to tailor future campaigns to better reach your target audience. These ‘dedicated’ types of pages are called ‘landing pages’.
Web Prophets Enews Manager will provide you with statistics
from these campaigns including how many emails were sent successfully,
which emails did not get through and why, who from your contact list
has viewed the email, and how many viewers have clicked through to your
web site and which web page did they visit (including the landing page).

Strategy Two : ‘Opt-in’ Email
Campaign
Develop an enewsletter campaign but send it out
using an ‘opt-in’
mailing list service. Strategy One above covers sending of emails to
your own contact list. Strategy Two is designed in the same way, however
it is sent to a contact list owned by a third-party that has a selection
of ‘opt-in’
email addresses as a resource. When sending a campaign you select who
you want to email to out of their list, based on demographic information
(normally collected from your current/projected customer list). Demographics
can include profession, sex, age group, income level, interests/hobbies
etc.
